Presentation Guidelines

The 2nd AACR-KCA Joint Conference on Precision Medicine in Solid Tumors will be held in-person and virtually
on November 11-12, 2021 (KST). To prepare your presentation, please refer to the below guidelines.

Short Talk (Oral) Presentation Guidelines

  • Overseas short talk (oral) presenters are requested to submit their presentation recordings by October 20, 2021 (KST). The pre-recordings will be broadcasted on the session date and time. Presenters are asked to attend the session virtually to join a live Q&A followed by their pre-recorded talks.

  • Domestic short talk (oral) presenters are asked to attend on-site. Please make a presentation using the provided template. Final guidelines for domestic presenters will be notified on the last week of October via e-mail.

  • Use the provided template for your presentation - 16:9 aspect ratio (landscape/horizontal)
  • ·
  • Please note that all oral presentations must include a Disclosure slide in the 2nd slide.
  • 2. Record your video via Zoom
  • ·
  • Before you start recording, make sure that:
  • - Find a quiet place and turn any mobile devices to silent mode.
  • - Ensure your microphone (and camera) are in good working order.
  • ·
  • Recommend using keyboards to flip slides instead of mouse.
  • ·
  • Make sure that your presentation is within the time limit.
  • - Proffered Papers Session: 7 minutes (excluding 3 minutes for Q&A)
  • 3. Submit your presentation recording file

  • Submission deadline: October 20, 2021
  • ·
  • Rename the file to “AACRKCA 2021_Your Name”
  • 4. Attend the Proffered Papers Session virtually to join a live Q&A
  • ·

  • Access information and Zoom rehearsal for the live Q&A will be notified on the 3rd week of October via e-mail.

E-poster Guidelines

  • E-Posters will be available for online viewing at the virtual conference website. There will be no specific presentation date and time. Participants can view posters and leave comments anytime. Please check often to respond to comments left on your posters during the meeting.


  • 1. Prepare a single-page poster in PORTRAIT format
  • ·
  • Language: English
  • ·
  • Page limit: 1 page (single slide)
  • ·
  • File format: Recommend under 10 MB PDF formatted file
  • ·
  • Layout: Portrait (vertical orientation), 9:16 aspect ratio
  • ·
  • Any video and audio will not be supported.

  • Please follow the steps below for e-poster submission.
  • 1) Go to the E-Poster Upload page.
  • 2) Enter your Abstract Number and Password you received when abstract submission.
  • 3) Click on “Choose poster” button and upload your E-Poster file.
  • (*The file should be saved as “Abstract Number_Your Name”.)
  • 4) Select “Submit” button once completed.
