  • If you register as a trainee or a pre/postdoctoral student, please upload a proof of status issued within 6 months of the registration.
  • To qualify for Advance Registration, you must register and submit your registration fee by October 15, 2021(11:59 p.m. KST).

  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘KCP’.

  • Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail(info@aacr-kca.org) with the registrant’s name on it.

  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail (info@aacr-kca.org) to the AACR-KCA 2021 Secretariat. Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail (info@aacr-kca.org) to the

  • All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
  • All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the refund.
    • Refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:
    • - Received until October 15, 2021 (11:59 p.m. KST): 90% of total price
    • - Received from October 16, 2021 (00:00 a.m. KST): No refund
