- If you register as a trainee or a pre/postdoctoral student, please upload a proof of status issued within 6 months of the registration.
- To qualify for Advance Registration, you must register and submit your registration fee by October 25, 2024(11:59 p.m. KST).
Payment Method

- Visa, Master and JCB cards are acceptable. Please clearly state your credit card information.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘KCP’.
- - Bank Transfer
- Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail(info@aacr-kca.org) with the registrant’s name on it.

- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail (info@aacr-kca.org) to the 2024 AACR-KCA Joint Conference Secretariat.

- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the refund.
